Our Pineapple Fruit Wine Base is a combination of juice concentrates, corn syrup, citric acid, and natural flavor, perfect for making a fermentable base for pineapple wine blend at 18.9 Brix. This product is blended, pasteurized, and can be stored at room temperature. The acidity ranges from 2.2% to 2.7% w/w (as citric acid), and we recommend using Lalvin K1V-1116 or Red Star Montrachet yeast for best results.
